The MA in International Business [MAIB] aims to provide students holding a first degree in Business Studies, or a closely-related subject, with a solid grounding in the principal elements of doing business internationally, notably the development of an international strategy within a multicultural context. The programme, taught in Rennes by a multicultural, international team of specialists, has been given accreditation by the Open University Validation Service (OUVS) for meeting the same standards as those of the UK university sector.

 

EDITORIAL

" Each year,for the past 12 years, 75-90 students from a variety of different countries have chosen the MAIB as the launch pad for their careers in international business. The programme of carefully-chosen electives, the keystone courses in strategy and policy, together with a major project of independent research, is an ideal preparation for the tasks and challenges facing today's managers in a fast-changing, globalised business world.
